Came back daily as promised to check the drying progress and did not leave their equipment any longer than absolutely necessary. They kept me informed of what they were doing and did not remove or take anything to the dump that was not authorized by me first. The owner went toe to toe with the insurance company to make sure they paid for mold damage that was discovered when he removed wet insulation. He took photos of the damage to prove what needed to be done. The crew was consistently monitor their equipment and logging everything that happened. After three water and sewer disasters in a couple of weeks, I was very happy to deal with a professional outfit that worked as hard as they work. And they worked around my schedule so it was done at my convenience. Not one minute was wasted and I have no complaints.
